Stacie Wagner Patterson is Vice President, National Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in its Corporate Underwriting Department. She underwrites commercial transactions on a national basis. After five years of private practice, Ms. Patterson began her career in title insurance underwriting with First American in 2003. Prior to her current role, she served as First American鈥檚 State Counsel in Pennsylvania.

Stacie is past Chairperson of First American鈥檚 Oil, Gas, and Minerals Practice Group and currently serves as a Corporate Sponsor for the group. She has mentored developing underwriters through First American鈥檚 Bridge Program and serves as a Corporate Sponsor for the Company鈥檚 Developing Underwriters Practice Group.
